Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist

We are looking for an energetic Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to provide support to our busy office.  If you are enthusiastic with a “can do attitude”, have a passion for helping people do their jobs and can handle a variety of responsibilities, this is the perfect match for you.

Here’s just a little of what you’d be doing each day:

  • Be first point of contact of anyone entering our offices
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Booking travel
  • Assisting managers and directors with administration tasks
  • Filing and maintaining office records
  • Coordinating any catering or required activities as needed
  • Run out of office errands as required
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies (Toner, stationary, coffee)
  • Schedule internal meetings and conference calls as required
  • Book couriers as needed
  • Back up to Executive Assistant
  • Management of Office Supply and Travel Budget

Here some of the things we’re going to be looking for on your resume:

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role
  • Proactive approach
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge with all MS Office applications
  • Ability to take a task and really “own it”
  • Evidence of exceptional organizational ability
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
