David Burke
Mr. Burke serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director for StarDyne
Technologies Inc. ("StarDyne"). StarDyne through its technology based
subsidiaries focuses on providing software and related services to
the public sector, including local government, education and utilities.
Mr. Burke has served in a variety of senior management, financial
and information technology roles throughout his career. Prior to establishing
StarDyne in 2001, Mr. Burke was with Western Star Trucks Holdings
Limited, a publicly traded company, as Chief Financial Officer and
as a Director of the Company. Mr. Burke was also a member of the management
team that founded Gentek Building Products Inc., a large North American
manufacturer of building products located near Cleveland, Ohio, and
also held various senior financial and information technology positions
with subsidiaries of Alcan Aluminum Ltd. for 17 years. Mr. Burke began
his career as a programmer analyst with the federal government in
Ottawa, Ontario. Mr. Burke is a Certified Management Accountant and
serves as a Director for Purolator Holdings Limited and participates
on Advisory Boards for other companies.
John Fraissinet
John Fraissinet is an independent technology executive and sales and marketing consultant. He was formerly Chief Executive Officer of GaleForce Solutions, a venture-backed software firm in Vancouver, Canada focused on providing customer management solutions to the financial services industry. He is a technology industry veteran with more than 27 years senior management experience in highly successful companies. He has held executive positions in hardware and software firms, and established his own management consulting practice — John Fraissinet and Associates, Inc, a Canadian-based consultancy focused on assisting high-tech companies launch sales and marketing strategies for rapid revenue growth.
Prior to starting his own consulting organization, Mr. Fraissinet was Crystal Decisions' vice president of sales and marketing. He was responsible for all channel partner relationships in the Americas, and helped drive the company's license base from four million users to more than twelve million in his five years with the company. Before joining Crystal Decisions, Mr. Fraissinet was vice president and general manager of Network Computing Devices' PC-X division in Portland, Oregon. He also held several key executive positions with Silicon Valley-based growth companies, including Borland International, Ashton-Tate, NEC Home Electronics and IBM.
Mr. Fraissinet holds a marketing and business degree from the Robert O. Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico.
Ben Hanna
Ben Hanna is a B2B online marketing pioneer with over 14 years of marketing leadership experience at some of the most recognized business-to-business websites including eBay, Business.com, IronPlanet.com and more. He is a recognized thought leader and frequent speaker on the topics of B2B search marketing, B2B ecommerce and B2B social media at conferences including the Search Insider Summit, Online Marketing Summit, Search Engine Strategies, SMX, eMarketing Association, PPC Summit and MarketingProfs events. In late 2009, Ben led the largest study of business social media usage to date, involving nearly 3,000 North American respondents. This study generated a number of ‘must read’ reports for B2B marketers including the B2B Social Media Benchmarking Study report and Engaging Small Businesses Through Social Media.
Most recently, Ben was VP, Marketing – Interactive for Dex One Corporation (formerly R.H. Donnelley), overseeing online marketing, PR and social media for the top B2B online directory and business buying resource, Business.com and regional local search leader DexKnows.com. Ben was the VP, Marketing for Business.com prior to the company’s acquisition by R.H. Donnelley in 2007.
Before joining Business.com in 2006, Ben led the eBay Business team supporting nearly $3 billion in business buying on eBay’s U.S. site in 2005, was the founding VP, Marketing at IronPlanet, a leading online marketplace for used construction equipment, and co-founded a B2B strategic marketing agency in the Silicon Valley specializing in product launches, company launches and corporate repositionings for high-tech companies in the semiconductor, telecommunications and Internet industries.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Ph.D. in Business from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
