Enquiro's 2009 Stampede Pancake Breakfast
Put on your boots and shine up your belt buckle! It's time for the annual Enquiro Stampede Pancake Breakfast.
On Friday July 10th, 2009 Enquiro will be conducting our 8th Annual Stampede Pancake Breakfast. Come dressed up in your finest western wear any time between 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. at the corner of Dickson Avenue and Dayton Street in Kelowna, located directly across from the Landmark III Technology building (Google Map).
The pancake breakfast was started by Enquiro in 2002 with the thought of giving something back to the community. The idea came from Enquiro's founders Bill "Wild-Aces" Barnes and Gord "Hot-Lead" Hotchkiss as they spent their youth riding through the hills and fields of the Stampede-City of Calgary.
Join the party with your own western nickname! Visit the Calgary Stampede Nickname Generator and generate one for yourself.
Our 2007 pancake breakfast was a tremendous success and raised over $1500 for the Kelowna Women's Shelter. Then in 2008 we hit $1900. Help Lisa "Buck-Shot" McTaggart and Rich "Stagecoach" Deakin drive this crazy chuck wagon through the $2,000 wall!
The Kelowna Women's Shelter provides a safe haven where women and children receive emergency accommodation, childcare, support groups and counseling, both in the shelter facility and community.
We wanted to help them again this year so we are donating 100% of all proceeds to the Kelowna's Women's Shelter.
