Enquiro has been a privately held company since it was founded (as SearchEnginePosition.com) in 1999. We’ve enjoyed great success as a search marketing agency, and the last few years have been particularly exciting as we’ve rapidly grown our workforce and service offerings.
October 26, 2010, marks a very significant turning point for our company. On that day, Enquiro was acquired by the Yellow Pages Group (YPG) Canada, as part of their strategy to capitalize on opportunities in performance marketing. Along with other acquisitions, Enquiro is now part of a new company called Mediative.
With the creation of Mediative, we are part of one of the largest online networks in Canada, and the largest Canadian-owned one. All the pieces of Mediative share a common trait; they're all there to deliver on buying intent. Mediative is a brand new digital offering that ties together platforms, publishers and people.
Enquiro’s client base is largely in the US, and now as part of Mediative, we're going to continue aggressively growing that US footprint. This acquisition will help us accelerate in doing that, giving us new bases of operations closer to our markets on the East Coast and in the Midwest. We will also be expanding our Canadian customers base, with our years of experience researching, learning and delivering exceptional results.
For our existing clients, it's business as usual, with the added benefit that we’re now in a better position to develop new solutions so clients can take full advantage of everything that digital marketing has to offer. For new clients, you’ll see we’re driven to deliver results just as we’ve always been. The only difference is now we have a new name and tag line to emphasize the point.
