 Gord Hotchkiss is the best leader I have ever worked for. He maps the
direction not just for Enquiro but also for the search marketing industry. He
is not afraid to be use non-traditional ways to run Enquiro. Gord talks the
talk (easy to do) and walks the walk (hard to do). Our corporate vision
framework (Core Purpose, Core Values, Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG) were
created by the entire team at Enquiro. Each and every day starts with a team
huddle; a quick standup meeting where each person has exactly one minute to
report their exciting news, their daily or weekly metric and where they are
stuck. Using the power of vocalizing the “stuck”, the issue is resolved
immediately. Ever worked in a company where a co-worker isn’t pulling their
weight and you end up carrying them? Not here – Enquiro uses a methodology for
