The network of partner sites where contextual ads are placed. A content network is a network, built by a search engine of partner sites. For example, Google has a content network called AdSense . Partner sites generate income by collecting a portion of the click charges when they display ads on their sites.
Graphic-based ads offered on the content network through Google and through the Yahoo Display Advertising network. Display ads can be in a graphic or an animation format and are usually purchased on a CPM basis.
