Cost-Per-Click (CPC)

an advertising model where your ads are displayed without cost and you pay for the action of a user clicking on the ad and being taken to your site.


Cost / Clicks= Cost Per Click

Cost Per Action is similar to CPC advertising model; however, you pay for the action completed on the site (the conversion) not the click. For example if a lead is worth $20 you can bid up to $20 for the action of completing the form on your site.
