Link Farming

An unethical SEO practice, by which a site owners or Webmaster, to increase a site's ranking in a search engine, places hyperlinks from each mirrored site to every other mirrored site in order to artificially improve the sites external link inventory. A link farm is a group of web sites that all hyperlink to each other page in the group. Many link farms are created through automated programs and services.
