With every new campaign or client, we first work with the client to create a clear set of business objectives for the sponsored campaigns and then a strategic plan for meeting those targets, in addition to deciding on the metrics that will show our progress – including timelines and targets for each quarter. We then take this planning into action with the creation of business rules within our campaign management software. Our software alerts client services with every deviation from plan and with every implementation of a business rule.

In addition to daily tacking of the campaign, we produce weekly high level reports (quick wins, recommendations, opportunities, and metrics) – monthly reports (keyword performance metrics, campaign growth, variations, strategic opportunities, performance metrics). Each monthly report is usually followed by a monthly meeting to touch base on any hot points and actions for the next period. We believe that for a strategy to be effective it has to have a component of fluidity and keep current with changes in technology and the market/economy – it also has to be consistently and constantly aligned with the overall marketing and business strategy (which can change with time).

More in-depth strategic analysis is done quarterly, where goals and growth are discussed with the client to ensure success in the future. We also deliver annual reports for all stakeholders as a snapshot of the campaign and as insight for the coming year.
