What is the Account Management Style for Enquiro's staff?

Enquiro operates in a highly collaborative environment where the flow of ideas is encouraged from all parts of the company.

Our relationship with you starts with the sales process. We use a strong and methodical process for managing leads and prospects. The sales and account manager work with all of the stakeholders at your company to determine business objectives and diagnose challenges currently preventing you from achieving those objectives. We bring in the account director (who will be the ongoing manager of your project) to propose the correct solution for you and provide a dollarized value justification for the project. We use a top-down estimation technique to estimate effort and we decompose the project into deliverables, activities and tasks.

Once we reach an agreement for a solution, we provide a Statement of Work (contract) that describes the project approach, the campaign goals, the deliverables and the schedule (including a Gantt chart).

As your team has been involved in designing your solution, the project kick-off is a smooth transition. The account director project manages the day-to-day operation of your projects and facilitates all aspects of your experience with Enquiro.

The account director assigns accountability for the required tasks to the appropriate senior strategist depending on the area of expertise. Intermediate and junior consultants as required to get the job done support the senior strategists. We encourage regular high-level conference calls to ensure stakeholders are kept abreast of initiatives and progress.

The team members and project support administrator use Microsoft Project to track progress against the plan. We use many of the SharePoint collaboration features to store and track project-related contacts, documents, issues, and risks.

The account director is also responsible for reporting on metrics, organizing regular meetings and performing regular account reviews.
